Today, we’re announcing two new displays: the ProArt Display PA27JCV, a high-PPI 5K professional monitor, and the ProArt Display OLED PA32UCDM, a high-end HDR monitor built on a QD-OLED panel.
5K without compromise: the ProArt Display 5K PA27JCV
Many professionals seek out displays with a high pixels-per-inch (PPI). On a high-PPI display, text is sharp and easy to read, and the increased visual clarity can benefit creators working on detailed projects in fields like architecture and product design. To give these professionals a high-PPI display option that’s loaded with amenities, we’re introducing the ProArt Display 5K PA27JCV. This 27-inch display offers a 5K (5120×2880) resolution, a combination that works out to a PPI of 218. That’s over 2.5x the PPI that you’d get from a 27-inch FHD display.
The ProArt Display PA27JCV goes even further to give you a comfortable viewing experience so that you can stay productive even during lengthy work sessions. It features LuxPixel™ Technology, a suite of the latest advancements including Anti-Glare, Low-Reflection (AGLR) tech. Like all ProArt Displays, the PA27JCV delivers professional-grade color performance. It’s individually calibrated in the factory and Calman Verified to achieve an average ΔE value of less than 2 for accurate colors. It covers 99% of the cinema-grade DCI-P3 color gamut and 100% of the sRGB color gamut. Its built-in Ambient Light Sensor synchronizes display brightness and color temperature to give you a consistent viewing experience even as ambient light changes over time. The backlight sensor allows the display to bypass warm-up time so that you can start your creative work immediately with a high level of color performance.
Extensive connectivity options and versatile controls make the ProArt Display PA27JCV an easy addition to your workstation. It includes a USB Type-C port wired not only for accepting a display signal and USB Hub functionality, but also providing 96W Power Delivery. This makes it an easy way to establish a single-cable setup for your laptop. You’ll also have DisplayPort and HDMI ports for connecting your PC, as well. With Auto KVM, you can easily control two connected devices using just one keyboard and mouse.
Finally, the ProArt Display PA27JCV features many of our latest efforts to elevate the sustainability of our products. It ships in FSC Mix-certified paper packaging, and we’re targeting the requirements of key environmental efficiency standards.
QD-OLED for creators: the ProArt Display OLED PA32UCDM
QD-OLED panels have caught the eye of creators who value wide color gamut coverage and high color volume. The ProArt Display OLED PA32UCDM serves up a professional-grade experience with a QD-OLED panel and a high-end set of features tailored expressly for the needs of creators.
The ProArt Display OLED PA32UCDM is a 31.5-inch monitor with a detailed 4K resolution, and it delivers beautifully saturated colors with true 10-bit color depth and 99% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut. It achieves an average ΔE value of less than one 1 for world-leading color accuracy, and ASUS ProArt Hardware Calibration tech provides color-accuracy optimization and color profile write-back. Additionally, the PA32UCDM is configured to work seamlessly with Calman and Light Illusion ColourSpace CMS professional hardware calibration software.
The PA32UCDM is an exceptional choice for creators working with HDR content. With 1000 nits of break brightness, it delivers outstanding detail in highlights, and as an OLED panel, it offers deep, inky blacks. This display supports multiple HDR metadata formats, including HLG and HDR10, allowing creators to check how content will appear for a wide range of target displays before it is sent off for final delivery.
For creators who work with moving media, the ProArt Display OLED PA32UCDM provides a sizzling 240Hz refresh rate. This provides buttery-smooth animation during rendering work, allows you to conduct quality checks on one display.
Rich connectivity and versatile placement options round out the PA32UCDM’s high-end feature list. It includes a Thunderbolt™ 4 port ready to offer up to 96W Power Delivery, an HDMI 2.1 port, and a built-in USB Hub. Its base is 50% smaller than our last-gen option, holding the display sturdily while maintaining a compact footprint so that you have more desktop space for your full workstation. Additionally, the display’s included bracket lets you mount the display on a partition wall.
