MOORE BENTON, Ill. Services for Dr. John B. Moore, 42, surgeon at Franklin Hospital who died suddenly Friday at the hospital after suffering a heart attack at his home, were held here Sunday at First Baptist Church. Burial was in the Masonic and Odd Fellow Cemetery.

Dr. Moore, a prominent physician surgeon was also one of the owners of the Medical Arts Clinic at West Frankfort. He was a graduate of the University of Illinois School of Medicine. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; three sons, John B. Moore IV, Jeffery and Christo-1 pher, and a daughter, Victoria, all at home; and his grandmother, Mrs.

Mary Gloag of Benton. MRS. KATHRINA PARKINSONI MOUNT CARMEL, Kathrina Parkinson, 80, died early Sunday morning at Wabash General Hospital. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Frances Parkinson Demas and Mrs.

Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Kate Culberson of Grayville; four brothers, Homer Lithuania Official Dies In Britain LONDON (P-Friends reported Sunday the death of Bronius Kazys Balutis, minister for dependent Lithuania at the Court of St James's.

He was 88. Balutis worked for years among his own people in the United States, where he edited a Lithuanian language newspaper. He came to London in 1934. Even after the Soviet Union swallowed up Lithuania and the two other Baltic countries, Estonia and Latvia, during World War II Balutis continued to enjoy diplomatic privileges in Britain. Britain, like other Western governments, never recognized McPherson, both of Eldorado, Dr.

McPherson of Crossett, and H. A. McRobert, Pherson of Rayville, La. the incorporation of the Baltic states as legal. Balutis' name appeared as usual in the last diplomatic list issued by the Foreign Office.

The late envoy was one of the builders of independent Lithuania during World War 1 before joining the country's diplomatic service. He died Friday night at his London home.
