We understand that difficult circ*mstances happen and may prevent you from being able to pick up your items on time. If you are unable to pick up your items bythe last available day/time listed ofthe week of the auction, please text 816-345-5049 (preferred) call or email us at papowersales203@gmail.com including your bidder ID -before the last available day/timeand we will hold your items free of charge for one additional calendar week from thelast day/time availablein the scheduled loadout time. After one week your items will be considered forfeited.

Our team works hard to notate the quality of items and if they see any damage. Factory Sealed:New in box, never used, original product, in original box. We stand behind the listing as described. Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage. Box may be damaged but contents appear undamaged. You may inspect/test before you leave.
Appears New:Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may, or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected. We inspect for the following:
Does not appear to have been pre-owned, item is complete enough to run / work as needed and
Box may be damaged; however, internal contents are functional.
Open box:Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or we have not tested. Please use inspection time topreview and test before you bid.Inspection times are available for viewing any items.
Damaged:These items have known damage. We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don’t test for functionality. We encourage you to preview damaged items during our preview hours. Damaged items cannot be returned, sold as is.

Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.
Payment onsite isNOTaccepted at this location unless arrangements have been made prior to pick up.Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up:If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location.No appointment necessary, simply pick up your items during our standard pick-up times.

If you fail to pick up your won itemsby the last available pick up day/time listedof the week of the auction and have NOT let us know by that last day listed via text or email, you forfeit the items AND they will be put back on auction to be resold to the highest bidder. NO refunds will be given.Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Refunds:If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund.All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of picking up the item(s). Items must be returned within 2 business days of the refund request before a refund will be issued.Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases:Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase withP.A.
