Perfect summer meal! Everyone enjoyed this. Very refreshing. The crispy salmon skin was a great treat. The skin began to char in my oven at about 3 minutes, I might put the tray in the middle of my oven next time while broiling so I can fully cook it longer and keep the skin from becoming completely black. Probably depends on your individual oven.

bonnie

Very tasty. I used haricots verts from Trader Joe's---next time I'll broil the veggies for a couple minutes to get the char and a more tender bite, and then I'll add the salmon to the pan.

Dan L

Flavors are great. Cooking was tricky as my salmon started burning a bit too quickly. Might be best to put in 400 oven for 5-8 min, then broil at the end.

susanne

One of my favorite NYT recipes ever. We made it according to the recipe and paired it with stone fruit caprese salad. Summer perfection.

Athena

This was simple, exploding with flavor, and produced minimal cleanup. I added dried Harissa along with the Turmeric and Red Pepper Flakes. It was outstanding.

Marie

Very nice recipe. I don’t like raw onion and so put it in with the corn, green beans, and salmon to broil and it was great.

Grady

This recipe is a tasty one from a salmon marinade and green bean/corn combo. Fair warning: 4 cups is a LOT of corn, and could be substituted by 1/2 with something your body can actually digest. 😅

Belinda

Delicious! But I had to make a few changes. Did not have fresh corn, but had frozen Trader Joe's Mexican Style Roasted Corn with Cotija Cheese, which contains Mexican seasoning cubes that melted into the veggies. Since I only had 1/2 a bag, I added a 1/2 bag of Trader Joe's organic mixed potatoes (cubed purple, yellow and red). Parboiled green beans and potatoes. Squeezed fresh lime over fish and baked the whole tray (putting fish separately under broiler for a few minutes).

Hannah

I really enjoyed this. So refreshing and delicious. Thank you.

Nicole

Delicious recipe and relatively simply to make. I only had frozen corn on hand, which was fine, but I really think corn off the cob would have really knocked this one out of the park. Will definitely make again!

princess_dala

Quickly, fragrant and delicious. Works well with jasmine rice on the side. Probably even better with crusty bread though.

JH

The vegetables turned out great but the salmon is rather plan, needs more spice.

Nora

As an Alaskan, I'm always looking for another salmon recipe. I thought this would be bland but it turned out great. I used frozen home grown beans and corn, and Copper River red salmon. Perfect.

Lori

Ridiculously easy and delicious. I tossed baby potatoes with EVOO, turmeric, cumin, and garlic and roasted for 15-20 minutes @ 400 while prepping the salmon and veggies. Then followed the recipe exactly for a complete sheet pan dinner.

Nora

Simple and great. I wouldn't change a thing. Copper River red salmon. Mmmm.

Elaine

Neither my husband nor I found turmeric a good complement to salmon.

MathewP

This was easy and also delicious. My wife doesn’t like green beans so I substituted asparagus and it worked out well. The only problem I had was just getting the salmon skin crispy without it getting burned and blackened though it was still good.

FH Cyclist

Very nice, easy meal. I used garam marsala. Will use a bit more, maybe 1.5x, next time. The salad was very nice. This is a great pantry/freezer meal. I used some frozen green beans & canned corn.

Lynne

Excellent recipe! Used fresh Columbia steelhead and asparagus and all cooked together at the same time. Subbed scallions for the red onion.

Ennis Gee

I cooked this exactly as directed. I had to broil the salmon another 5 minutes for it to not be raw. The vegetables were delicious but also undercooked. I will not make this again.

Renana

Delicious and easy. I broiled all the called for vegetables and more, together with the fish. Just added lime at end. Love one pot/pan meals!

Tiipiloo

Charred green beans & corn in a cast iron pan, then added onions over top before layering on salmon to put under broiler.

Nori H

Delicious seasoning on the salmon. I followed another reviewer's suggestion to bake the veggies in a 400 degree oven for 5-6 minutes before adding the salmon and setting the oven to broil. My oven took twice as long at the broil setting to char about 1/3 the beans and cook the salmon to flaky. The thickness of fresh salmon fillets varies quite a bit so perhaps that's why it took a little longer. This is a dish I'll definitely make again and would also enjoy serving to company.
